We Grow & We Glow LLC is a Black-owned, woman-owned hair and skin care brand rooted in intentional self-care, clean beauty, and natural ingredients. I started my hair care journey in the summer of 2020 after noticing how dry and brittle my hair had become. That experience sparked my curiosity and led me to explore DIY hair care, ingredient education, and natural formulations designed to support healthy hair.
As I began creating my own handmade hair care products, I saw real results—my hair became softer, healthier, and more manageable. What started as a personal solution quickly grew into a passion for formulating products that nourish both hair and skin using high-quality, all-natural ingredients.
At first, I was creating products just for myself. However, the more I researched herbs, oils, and plant-based ingredients, the more I fell in love with the formulation process. I remember telling myself, “Brittney, there may be other hair care brands out there—but no one can do it like you.” That belief became the foundation of We Grow & We Glow LLC.
Every product is handmade, hand-poured, and crafted with love and intention. Our natural hair and skin care products are formulated to hydrate, strengthen, and promote healthy hair while supporting a holistic self-care routine.
